To better serve our residents, we offer both joint and individual housing contracts. Joint housing contracts mean that all residents in an apartment contribute to one monthly installment payment. Individual housing contracts mean that residents are only responsible for their monthly payments, not those of their roommates. Yes! Each of our Providence apartments is pet-friendly — residents can bring along their dogs, cats, or another type of pet along with them. We know our residents lead busy lives and have a lot on their plates, so we’ve simplified the process of paying monthly installments. Residents can either pay online using our convenient resident portal or drop off a check in-person at our leasing office. We also give residents the option to set up automatic payments, so making payments on time is easy.

Yes! We offer riverfront studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments outfitted with contemporary features and upscale furnishings. These include a queen-sized bed with a pillowtop mattress; a dresser; a desk with a chair; a couch and loveseat; barstools; a coffee and end table; quartz countertops; white shaker cabinets; hardwood-style floors; custom window treatments; modern fixtures; smart technology capabilities with the Amazon Echo; a flat-screen HDTV; and in-unit washers and dryers. For residents who prefer to use their own furniture, we also offer unfurnished apartments upon request.

Yes! Our community employs a highly qualified team of management and maintenance staff right on-site. We also have on-call maintenance staff available to residents 24 hours, 7 days a week in case of emergencies.

If you do not financially qualify on your own, we do accept a qualified guarantor. Potential guarantors must meet minimum income and credit requirements and sign the guarantor addendum to each contract. If an applicant is unable to provide a qualified guarantor, we require that applicants submit an additional security deposit to reserve their spot at our housing community. Yes! No more scrambling to find a roommate or living with someone who isn’t your perfect match. Our team understands how important it is to have roommates that get along  — at River House, we offer complimentary roommate-matching services to all our residents. During the application process, prospective residents fill out a comprehensive questionnaire asking about their habits, hobbies, lifestyle preferences, and any other pertinent information.
