Dig In at The Rhode Island Seafood Festival

Everyone loves a good festival. Especially when it involves food! When you find the chance to enjoy the town you love or the town you'll be visiting to scope out your potential new home, you want to know all the spots to spend your free time. Once a year, on the weekend following Labor Day, the city hosts a popular seafood festival. Visitors from neighboring towns and all around come to experience an enjoyable event near our apartments in Providence, Rhode Island.

The Rhode Island Seafood Festival is set to operate from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, September 7th and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, September 9th. You can get the early bird special on tickets by pre-ordering them online for only $5 per ticket per day, or you can pay the small fee of $10 per ticket the weekend of the festival.  If you plan to attend both days, there is a small discount offered with online purchases, making it $8 per ticket. To make it better, kids under 12 get free admission.

While your entry ticket includes the enjoyment of live music, you'll need to bring cash or card to sample delicious dishes from the vendors located on site. Which vendor offers the best taste? You decide! If seafood doesn't interest you and you'd prefer to enjoy the company of the town with some good music, other non-seafood vendors will be present.

Hosted at India Point Park, you can find this amazing event. Need the address for GPS? You can find us at 263 India Street Providence, Rhode Island.

This year, a new event is being hosted one day prior to the official festival. Friday, September 6th you can enjoy our first ever lobster boil. We will kick off the event at 6:30 p.m. and close for the night around 9:30p.m. That gives you 3 hours to sit back and relax while enjoying amazing food. Tickets are $125 and will include your entry fee for the full event on Saturday and Sunday.
